Crispy fried squid



6 squids (cleaned and cut into round pieces)
3 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp all purpose flour
½ tsp crushed pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
salt to taste
oil to ftry (around 4 to 5 tbsp)

take cornflour, allpurpose flour, crushed pepper, garlic owder and salt in a blow, mix well. Add in squid pieces, coat well and set aside. Heat oil in a pan. Drop squid pieces in hot oil. Fry at medium low flame for 5-8 minutes or till squid cook. Serve hot as starter.
