Shrimp/Prawn upma


How about trying a different kind of puma recipe like non veg upma so here I came with shrimp/prawn upma

Ingredients
¼ cup oil
½  cup cleaned and deveined shrimp/prawn
1 ¾ cup roasted semolina
½ tsp mustard seed
1 medium size onion sliced
3 green chilli chopped
small piece of ginger chopped
½  piece of tomato
1 cup water
salt to taste
curry leaves or coriander leaves (optional) 

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan then add mustard seed. Once it spluttered add onion, green chilli, ginger, tomato and salt. Sauté for 2 minutes. Then add prawn and cook it well. Add water once it started to boil add semolina. Stir continuously still it become thick. Cook for few more minutes. Prawn upma is ready to serve.
