Cornflour banana cake


Ingredients
2 ripe banana (medium size)
4 eggs (small size)
25g butter
¾ cup sugar
¾ cornflour
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2  tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt

Preparation

Beat the eggs with sugar and butter. Once the egg mixture whipped well add cornflour, baking soda, baking powder  and salt. Mix it with beaten egg mixture. In a separate bowl mash the banana then add this banana into above mixture. Now add vanilla essence and mix slowly. Heat a deep bottom non-stick pot at lowest flame. Add ½ tsp ghee into the pot and spread well. Then pour the cake mixture into the pot. Cook for 20 minute at low flame (lowest heat) or till nice aroma spread and make sure cake is cooked well by inserting a tooth pick. If it comes out clean that means cake  is cooked well.
