Chicken sandwich Thalassery style


This was the one sandwich I knew when I was kid. When I grown up I understood this sandwich  prepares in our area only (If any other area it is preparing just tell me. I know it is famous in Kannur to Calicut area ) and there are lots of other varieties of sandwich exist :D 



Ingredients
14 bread slices
2 chicken breast pieces (around 2 cup after cooking)
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp pepper powder
½ tsp garama masala powder
2 cup chopped onion
1 ½ tsp chopped garlic
1 ½ tsp chopped ginger
2 green chilli
curry leaves
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp chilli powder
¼ tsp garam masala powder
you can add pepper if you need
2-3 tbsp oil
4 eggs
salt to taste

Preaparation
1)     First cook chicken by adding ¼ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp pepper powder, ½ tsp garama masala powder, salt and some water
2)    Once the cooked chicken cooled enough to handle, make small pieces with your hand or knife. Keep aside
3)    In a pan add 1 tbsp oil add onion, green chilli, ginger, garlic, curry leaves and salt. Saute for 3-4 minute at medium high flame add powdered spices saute it well.
4)    After 2 minutes add chicken with cooked water.  Mix well let water get to dry. Stir till all the water dried up.
5)    Once the cicken masala cooled spread this on a bread slice then place another bread slice on top of this. Press both bread with your palm
6)    Meantime mix eggs (first mix two eggs when it finished mix remaining)and salt (you can add pepper powder also) in a ball
7)    Press the sandwich with your palm and then dip it in beaten
8)    Place this on a hot frying pan with added oil. Cook in low flame. Press with spatula to avoid masala coming out while you flipping it. Let one side turn into golden brown color then flipover and cook the other side. You can cook sides by holding it. 
9)    Serve with hot tea or coffee
