Ingredients
2 ½ cup grated cabbage (1/4thportion of big cabbage)
1 ½ cup grated carrot (it’s from 2 carrot)
¾ cup grated coconut
1 onion sliced
4 green chilli
2 dried red chilli
1 tsp mustard seed
salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan. Drop mustard seed into it. When mustard seed spluttered add green chilli and dried red chilli. After few second add grated cabbage, carrat and coconut. Mix well then add salt. Close the lid cook at low flame. Serve this with hot rice
