Banana ice cream


Ingredients
2 bananas
150g sweetend condensed milk
100ml whipping cream
¼ tsp vanilla essence (optional)
1/4 cup crushed walnuts

Preparation
Peal and cut banana into small pieces. Keep this in freezer. Once it frozen hard blend it with condensed milk and keep aside. Whip the cream well then add this into the banana paste, mix slowly. Add  walnut into it and mix. Transfer this in an air tight container. After 6hr mix it with fork. Make sure all ice crystals are gone. Keep back in freezer, after 12hr ice cream will be ready.
