Mango ice cream


Ingredients
2 medium size mango
125ml thick cream
1/3  cup sweetend condensed milk
2 tbsp powdered sugar (my mango was not that sweet in taste that’s why I added sugar in it)

Preparation
1)     Cut mangoes into small pieces after removing skin. Blend the mango and sugar in juice mixer.
2)    Next beat the thick cream with condensed milk by using beater (electric or hand beater)
3)    Then mix mango puree into the cream. Beat well
4)    Transfer this into an air tight container. Keep in freezer

5)    After 2hr take out from freezer blend it again by using juice mixer. Repeat this step every 2hr(three times). Then keep it in freezer till it reach ice cream consistency
